Browned Butter Snickerdoodles for the fall 🀌🏽 I wanted to do pumpkin flavored, but everybody voted against it😭 Just add a little pumpkin purée and drain it if you did want to make yours pumpkin! Ingredients: β€’ 2 sticks browned butter (1 cup) β€’ 1 1⁄4 cup brown sugar β€’ 1⁄2 cup sugar β€’ 1 egg + 1 egg yolk β€’ 1 1⁄2 tsp vanilla Dry Ingredients: β€’ 2 3⁄4 cup flour β€’ 2 tsp cream of tartar β€’ 1 tsp baking soda β€’ 1⁄2 tsp salt β€’ 1 tsp cinnamon Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F. 2. Brown butter and let cool. 3. Add wet ingredients to butter. 4. Add dry ingerdients. 5. Add flour mixture and combine. 6. Chill dough for at least 1 hour. 7. Roll in 1 1⁄2 tsp cinnamon + 1/3 cup sugar. 8. Bake 10–12 minutes. 9. Cool 5–10 minutes. Cream Cheese Frosting: Ingredients: β€’ 4 oz cream cheese β€’ 1⁄4 cup unsalted butter β€’ 1 1⁄2 cup powdered sugar β€’ 1⁄2 tsp vanilla Top with cinnamon.
