This first photo became my favorite image of the race immediately after I took it. When I saw Logan going chest deep and post-holing all the way to the other side, I laughed. I knew that he knew better and he had definitely taken the wrong approach to the stream crossing. His pacer asked if he was sure about the route, his reply: "we're gonna get wet anyways, so might as well go for it" 😂 For reference, photo 2 shows the correct way to cross the stream.
