Super 8 Restaurants are looking to recruit a butcher for our team. Come and work with us. Come and work with some of the best, and most sustainably raised, meat from the UK - that no one else works with. We are an independent, thriving restaurant group, with four London-based sites; Smoking Goat, Kiln, Brat and Brat x Climpson’s Arch. Based in a great workspace in Shoreditch, this new role will work closely with each restaurant and the head butcher, utilising whole carcass butchery to produce dish-inspired cuts. As a company, we are excited about the excellent people and produce that we work with, we value staff development, and this role offers the opportunity to progress to lead butcher or junior chef roles in 1 – 2 years. We offer a competitive hourly rate and on-the-job training. The role is a full time role, though part-time could be considered.
