Our friend Shoji Hara is coming from @julius.ernst.berlin to Oficina to serve his coffee for one day. On December 21st, he will be in our daily canteen pouring a blend he curated especially for us. This blend brings together coffee beans from two distinct regions in Africa. One, from Kirinyaga in Kenya, has a complex body and carries a fruity palette. While the other, from Yirgacheffe in Ethiopia, has a softer body with notes of dried fruit and a hint of spice. Shoji roasts these beans himself in a small hand roaster, directly over fire. For this special occasion, we will serve some specials, alongside our daily breakfast and lunch dishes. Inspired by Shoji’s love for potatoes, a potato croquette on milk bread will be added to the menu. And, to further feature coffee, our pastry that day will be a coffee crêpe cake. Join us on Wednesday, December 21st, for a cup or two of Shoji’s tenderly dripped coffee. Open 10 – 17, as normal. Walk-ins only.
