Our latest collaboration with @neue_nationalgalerie honours a German art movement you (probably) didn't know about 🎨👀⁠ ⁠ Neue Sachlichkeit, or New Objectivity, was a movement that arose in German art way back in the 1920s as a reaction to expressionism. The last of Ludwig Mies van der Rohe's major projects to be built, the Neue Nationalgalerie, has embraced this movement over the years and inspired the pieces in this collaboration.⁠ ⁠ This collection allowed us to explore not only the architecture of this iconic gallery but also the paintings on display inside. The capsule features a mix of the legendary artwork from the museum's permanent collection alongside imagery of the eye-catching building itself.⁠ ⁠ The Neue Nationalgalerie x Highsnobiety collection drops on Wednesday 7th September at 3pm CET/9am EST on @highsnobietyshop 🗓️
