Spending a long one in Greenland makes seeing the whales just 'normal'. But looking back on the photos a few weeks later makes me realize how privileged I am to see and experience this. . These photos were all taken with my drone. After spending a lot of time here we (me and captains) eventually knew where the whales were. They were always at a particular spot in the icefjord where they would find krill to eat. During my guiding I would always being the groups here. We would see them feed and play from our boat, or fly the drone to see them from above. .
