Pregnant women need about 70 to 100 grams of protein a day. I know, I knoooooow this could be hard at times, especially in that first trimester, but do the best you can when you can ❤️ There are loads of plant-based options as well like lentils, chickpeas, favabeans and more that you can choose from. I only calculated the protein in main protein sources like meat and dairy but when you add other ingredients like bread, pasta and even some veggies, you’ll be packing on some additional protein to your day.
