A little over a year ago, I was terrified I would feel sick forever. I was scared of food because my stomach hurt every afternoon. My energy was so low & I didn’t feel like myself mentally. I had headaches most mornings and my neck was so stiff I thought I had fibromyalgia. Today I feel vibrant & energized. I am confident that although I will never have perfect health on this side of heaven, I have the tools to live a good life. I still have rough days & symptoms I want to work on but they are becoming less and less & I am so thankful for that!
