This post is quite late, but I got caught up in a lot of Senior year activities and post graduation me has been procrastinating posting about shows as they are my last ones and I’m going to miss them dearly ❤️ “The Importance of Being Earnest” was one of my all time favorite shows I’ve seen! It was incredibly funny and well done! I had the joy of creating the ensemble for Cecily Cardew (brilliantly performed by @maia.r.powell). It consisted of an Edwardian styled jacket, flatlined with lace, an elegant skirt, and a bustled over skirt to really give the fun dimension of the character! It was probably one of the more structured pieces I’ve done, but it was absolutely beautiful and I love it! (I additionally did the understudy duplicate for Cecily Cardew and the understudy jacket for Lady Bracknell, but I don’t have any photos of those.) #importanceofbeingearnest #blackboxtheatre #libertyuniversity
