Hello March 🤍⁣ ⁣ I saw @marianna_hewitt sharing a ‘weekly REPORT’ and loved the idea so here is a look at mine: ⁣ ⁣ Reading - Atomic Habits (2nd time round). Such a great book if you want to change your mindset around building long lasting habits.⁣ ⁣ Enjoying - Waking up before the sun. I’ve been in bed most nights by 9pm and have been waking up naturally around 6am. It takes a while for this to feel good (torture at the beginning 🙈) but its so worth it. Something about the early morning quietness that just sets such a good tone for the day.⁣ ⁣ Progressing - Been working out 4-5 times a week at @vaurapilates_uppereastside & @corepoweryoga. I was so so weak when I started back in Jan (after not working out properly since Sept) but it really is amazing how far you can come in a few months. Already feeling so much stronger.⁣ ⁣ Obsessing - My @ouraring is literally my favourite gadget ever. Love tracking my sleep and seeing what helps/doesn’t help. ⁣ ⁣ Recommending - The scalp treatment at ‘New Hair NYC’. My hair has never felt so good. ⁣ ⁣ Treat - Italian food. Always. Trying @ritasodi tonight and I’m so excited. ⁣ ⁣ Have a great weekend 🫶🏻
