February is #blackhistorymonth I wanted to highlight a women black-owned gem with innovative and creative twists to Asa-Ramen which is best known as “breakfast ramen.” I can understand why @beli_eats rates this ramen as number1️⃣ I got the steak chimichurri ramen, which has a base of shoyu broth, perfectly cooked steak and was topped with fried shallots, leeks, and of course CHIMICHURRI. The chimichurri had a fresh tang and herbaceous brightness that really elevated the dish and the soy boiled egg was extremely luscious that added a velvety richness that made me want to eat more. The noodles had an almost silky-like texture with the perfect amount of chew. When I say “SEND NOODS” this is what I want😉🍜 Rasheeda is a SWEETHEART who is so passionate about what she does and you can tell when she talks about her creations.
