Whenever I’m in a rush, or I find myself stuck in traffic, or I end up somewhere I just rather not be... I always try to remember one thing. There were people who were late to work on 9/11. People whose lives were spared because they were stuck in a traffic jam. Individuals who were saved by a faulty alarm clock. People who got to hug their loved ones again because they had a dentist appointment. 9/11 showed the entire world that life is short and delicate and precious and not to be taken for granted. That in a split second the entire planet could be changed forever. And there is so little you can do about it. So where ever you may be right now, whether that’s rushing to get to work or running late to a meeting or just feeling like you’re not where you’re suppose to be ... stop. You’re exactly where you’re suppose to be....
