5 years sober today! This one was very hard won. I’ve never had higher highs or lower lows, but I’m still beyond grateful to be fully present for every second of my life and to face every feeling there is without any alcohol or drugs. I’m definitely farrrrrrrr from perfect but I’m on my way to being exactly who I wanted to be when I couldn’t stop drinking.
