Throttle Thursday - Differential Setup On today's #ThrottleThursday we are going to talk differential setup. Drag racing it a balance of grip and power. In the unlimited class, power is rarely the issue, it's putting that power to the ground that is the issue. The differential is a huge component in making grip. When the diff is too free, power is wasted. When the diff is too tight, any loss of grip will cause the vehicle to steer from the rear ( wall! 😳 ) So like everything else in racing, it's going to require testing various setups to find your sweet spot.
