The warm sun has shone all day here in Dorset, where I am now collapsed on the sofa following a roast chicken and rhubarb crumble lunch. Some of us are mothers, some of us aren't. Some of us have mothers we chuckle along with, some of us don't. Some of us mother, that is, we love and treat kindly, and try to protect from harm and danger. Some of us don't. But wouldn't the world be a better place with more mothering, love, kindness, protection, care. Here's to mothering. And flowers to you this Sunday from my wonderful friend @derletztewolf
