💍🏡 🤵🏻👰🏾‍♀️ On Saturday August 20th, the love of my life got down on one knee and asked me to marry them in front of our friends and family. To know Alyx and I is to know this comes as no surprise. Since we’ve met we’ve been so infatuated with each other, and pretty much inseparable. There was no hesitation in my answer, and while I was never the type of girl to dream of weddings growing up— I’ve always dreamed of one with Alyx since the day I met them. And I can still remember it clearly, Alyx parked that Camaro next to my jeep in an empty parking lot and my heart stopped. I even remember when some asshole called the cops on us, yes on very our first date, for “trespassing”. We felt like a team then, I felt safe with you, I was amazed that you weren’t scared and more so irritated at them for bothering us. I knew then that nobody could ever come between us. We’ve been on many adventures together, and now we’re so happy to share our embarkment on our next journey : we’re moving to Philly in exactly one week! Earlier in the year for our anniversary we went to a Turnstile concert in Philly and fell in love with the city. We signed a lease in secret, and now many months later it’s time to begin our next chapter together. Our time in NYC was great, and I will still keep my studio in East New York so I will still be around all the time! But we’re people who go with the flow, and it’s been more of a struggle to live in our current place than what it’s worth. From our building being broken into numerous times, hundreds of dollars of items lost, mold in A/C that has compromised our health... it’s time to go! With the untimely passing of Your Majesty, having to pay fees to move out/move in we’ve completely exhausted all of our funds.
