I love a hearty oat recipe! This one is so good and filling, it’ll keep you fueled for a good few hours in the morning & a great pre-workout meal! Ingredients -1 date -1/2 banana -1⁄2 cup rolled oats -3⁄4 cup milk -1 tablespoon peanut butter -1 tablespoon cocoa powder -1 tablespoon chocolate chips -1 tablespoon peanuts - Dash of sea alt Optional: 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 scoop whey protein, add a splash of milk Instructions -Mash the banana in a bowl then add in the oats and milk. Stir in the peanut butter, cocoa powder and sea salt. -Cover and place in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight to let the oats absorb the liquid and thicken. -Top with peanuts and chocolate chips when ready to serve.
