Just landed at both pubs are a few cases of our Small Batch Peach Beer – 2021! ***Update: 11/14- Windsor (Sold Out), Santa Rosa (Sold Out)*** Once again, we procured some beautiful peaches from our friends at Dry Creek Peach. Like the 2020 vintage, we added 6 lbs. of fruit per gallon of beer! Initially this batch of Peach Beer had more flavor contributions from flesh and less from the skin, but over time as the beer and fruit continued to age together in the tank, there was more of a balanced aroma and flavor contribution from both the skin and pulp. You might notice this batch is a more cloudy as compared to the first, this is most likely from the different peach variety that were delivered to us.
