25 Rope Climbs for time. I have done this workout in the past using a 15ft rope. Not sure how high this one is but I do know it took 3x as long for me to complete all 25 reps compared to my last time. Also long ropes make you spin more, gets me kind of dizzy. #crossfit #betterthanyesterday #crossfitworkout
