I am so proud of @physiqueinc Athlete a.k.a. SUPERMOM @suzanne.lanting who is 6 weeks away from stepping on stage at the @shawnrayhawaiianclassic . Her commitment to my progam and the trust she has is next level. Most of our communication is through email and text but that does not mean there are any shortcuts. Her workout program is pretty intense and as you can see by the video she goes all out every set and every rep. The hard work is definitely paying off and we are gonna make some noise Nov. 19th. It's all about fine tuning and putting the finishing touches on......and yes we are still 100% plant based!!!!! IT'S ON & KRACKIN!!!!
