Join us and CONGRATULATE Brian Wright! A remarkable leader, Brian was promoted to Vice President of Risk Management because of his dedication, thoughtful leadership, and ability to develop his team. Brian is inspired by the opportunity to collaborate and work towards reducing risks with the OV team. “I am big on teamwork, and it brings me great joy when all of the many components of OV come together,” shared Brian. “The most inspiring part of my position is being able to have meaningful connections with staff members and the people we serve during my campus walkthroughs,” shared Brian. “Being a member of the OV team has allowed me to grow and learn so much about individuals with disabilities.” Brian’s disabled mother inspired him to help others. “I am blessed to be surrounded by remarkable senior leaders who continue to look for ways to improve OV and the lives of the people we serve,” shared Brian. A proud husband, father, and military veteran, Brian expressed his gratitude for his wife Cindy’s support, “My wife has been by my side during my entire career -- military and civilian,” shared Brian. “Without her sacrifices, none of my career goals would have been possible.” A key personal milestone for Brian was serving for 30 years in the United States Air Force and retiring as a Chief Master Sergeant (E-9), when only one percent of the Air Force may hold this rank.
