Grab a (strong) friend and try this one out — we did a modified version with back supported just to be extra cautious with the lower back BUT if you want to take it 1 level further, have the supporting friend do it free standing and lmk how it goes. It might take a few attempts 😂☝🏼 but that’s always the most fun part!
