Pure Partner @sam.cushing shares, 5 tips for staying healthy and reducing stress and this month 👇 1- Movement - 5 Mins of exercise (I’ll usually wake up & do 50 pushups). This sets the tone right for the day. I try to be kind to myself if I don’t get the usual amount. 2. Eating Right - I scale back on sugars and increase my protein intake and my healthy fat intake. I love me some eggs in the morning 😄 3. Modifying my supplements - @pureencapsulations Men’s pure packs with Vitamin D, Magnesium, fish oil, and more (link in bio) are a great option for men. They support prostate health, cellular energy production and endurance. I also will take a probiotic since I know that my gut health is really important during these times.‡ 4. Staying hydrated - if I don’t I’ll feel really tired and lethargic. I stick to tea, so I’m not over caffeinated which adds to any anxiety. 5. Taking time for myself - Stress can wear on the immune system, so I make sure to reduce it (I meditate, play the piano, take time for myself)....
