💪🏼 Exercising in the morning boosts my mood and gives me more energy for my day. 💪🏼 Moving helps my body digest better and generally feel less bloated (my tummy isn't a fan of day after day eating and drinking loads, so moving around gives it a bit of a chance at being its happiest self 😋). I don't ever feel like I "have to", and I don't exercise every day. This holiday most of my workouts were short and sweet - this stair workout probably took less than 10 minutes. But moving in some way is the right choice for me. How do you approach holidays?
