SUNDAY GOLD: Before there were hipsters, even before there were hippies, there was Bob Cooper - surfing’s original beatnik. More than any other surfer/shaper in history, Bob was hugely influential on both sides of the Pacific as a surfboard builder and a freethinker. The one and only Coop left us at 82 in February 2020.
