TOTAL SHRED CHALLENGE💪🏽 Starts this MONDAY, OCT 24th! For everyone that wants to finish this year strong, feeling better than ever and in great shape: THIS IS YOUR LAST CHANCE!!! Challenge lasts 6 weeks (We only have 11 weeks more of 2022🫣, so let’s get to work) What’s included? - Guided strength training and HIIT Cardio workouts 6X a week. Sundays are our rest days! - Nutrition guide. We created a 6 week meal plan to go with this challenge for incredible results.
