It’s been a crazy few months, a crazy year to say the least. So crazy that I forgot to update all of you on what happened with my first spec home project at #1121Arch 😊 If you remember we listed it on 03/18/2021 for $685,000. Many told me the price was too high, the neighborhood wouldn’t support this architecture, the living room was too narrow, it was too “specific” with design yet… after 7 days on the market… we accepted a FULL PRICE offer from an awesome set of buyers. On 4/26/2021 we closed officially for $685,000. This was an exciting experience and I look forward to developing many more cool projects in our beautiful city of Tampa.
