This sound really got to me. I was not myself the first several years after I had my son. Dark negative thoughts and lack of self care overwhelmed my entire existence. Postpartum depression can be a b**** but we as mother's have to smile through it all. Here I am now in my 40s...finally finding my beauty, wittiness and sass again.
