Stop focusing on being skinny. Focus on being healthy and making better choices. When you put in the work the weight will take care of itself! Through THICK and thin we've lost over 250lbs together, but the truth is we’ve gained so much more than we've lost throughout our journey! For us, it wasn’t just about losing weight or looking better. It was about breaking generational habits, taking control of our health, and choosing a lifestyle where we could be the healthiest versions of ourselves for our marriage, our children, and each other! We now share our before and after transformation pictures in order to remind ourselves how far we've come, but also to hopefully inspire others! We had to change our mindset first, but meal prepping, working out, fasting, and VSG have all been additional tools that have helped us along our weightloss journey!
