My floral ice buckets have been so fun to create - and everyone asks how to make them! Not too difficult really - use a plastic container (see photo), fill with 2” of bottled water (you can add flowers or cuttings/greenery) then freeze at least for 6-8 hours. After frozen, place an empty Clorox or plastic container in center (fill with rocks to weigh down - see photo) and use masking tape to center/stabilize. Then place flowers, greenery or lemons/limes sliced - position using long skewer - then slowly add more bottled water. Put in freezer overnight - after frozen, to release from containers run some ‘cold’ water over plastic container and fill center container with some water too - gently separate and then place the ice bucket back in the freezer! So pretty and they last for hours!
