Telluride Mountain Run - Verticals My approach to photographing the TMR was totally opposite to the HF100. While the latter I focused strictly on the overall storytelling, the Telluride Mountain Run didn't quite land itself to the same goal. With roughly 10x the number of participants, I quickly realized that telling a story with so many people would be quite messy and overwhelming, so I chose to really just have fun, shooting compositions that pleased me, with no set goals. All I wanted was to get cool photos of the runners and to create everlasting memories for them, like that last image. I'm not sure if they are father and son, but that picture puts a big smile on my face every time I look at it.
