tuna crudo 🍋‍🟩🍊 recipe below - 1 sushi grade yellowfin tuna steak - juice of half of one grapefruit - juice of 1 whole lime - dill - chives - 1 shallot diced Juice half of one grapefruit and one whole lime store juice in a glass and set aside Slice tuna into very thin strips and place on your serve tray Pour half of your fruit juice mixture over the tuna In a blender mix about a tablespoon of dill, a half tablespoon of chives and a tablespoon of olive oil until smooth and set aside Peel/slice lime skin off and cut into very thin slices and add to serve tray Top with dill, chives, diced shallots and flakey salt to taste Drizzle your green herby sauce over top Serve!
