Sometimes this act of really listening - deeply - to ourselves also involves noticing things you desire or that you have dismissed or ignored. It allows you to write, process, dream, plan and explore what you want more of in your life and how your want to feel in the second half of life. Menopause is an awakening on so many levels but how do we make sense of all that we are feeling, sensing and experiencing. Journaling helps us slow down, connect with our inner wisdom and give voice to those parts of ourselves that long to be expressed.
