As we celebrate across the globe this holiday season, we took a moment to sit down with a few associates this month within the Troon International properties. Meet David Habill Okach, Golf Operations Supervisor at The Track in Meydan Golf, Dubai. "I have worked for Troon for just over 10 years now. I started out as Guest Service Associate and then I was promoted to Outside Service Supervisor. Later I was promoted to my current role as Golf Operations Supervisor. What I love about my job is meeting new people from all corners of the world with different cultures and backgrounds. When asked about what David does to help inspire other minorities to get into the game or business of golf, David stated,"I lead from the front and never shy away from challenges; I believe this inspires fellow associates who I work alongside to do what they do to the best of their abilities." His dream 4-some would be to play with Gary Player, Tiger Woods and Seve Ballesteros.
