A lot of people ask me why I wear the number 21. I’ve been wearing it since I was in 5th grade. In each step of my career (Onalaska, Iowa state, Europe, and now the NBA) I have worn the number 21. Before every game when putting on my jersey I look at the number and it helps me appreciate where I started as the kid in 5th grade with a passion for the game that has stuck with me over all these years.
