✅Another good #runningform tip 🏃🏻is being aware of your forward snd upward knee drive with each #running stride 🙌. While distance runners usually will have a much lower knee lift (compared to Sprinters) to conserve energy, it is still tied directly to your Running Speed. Doing basic drills like a “Marching High knees” and even a dynamic running “High knees” can help you go through a full range of motion and allow you to feel this better. While obviously we wouldn’t be running long runs and long distance races with this exaggerated high knee lift, it certainly helps when we want to build speed and run faster. ✅Follow along for more tips 👍🏃🏻!
