At Westminster Hall, The King has unveiled a plaque to mark the place of the Lying-in-State of Queen Elizabeth II. The installation of the plaque continues a royal tradition that stretches back to King Edward VII in 1910. His Majesty also unveiled two unique bronze sculpted lamps featuring heraldic beasts of the UK - a gift from Parliamentarians to The late Queen on the occasion of Her Majesty’s Platinum Jubilee.
