[Update: Adopted] We’re back fostering with @truenorthrescuemission, and it’s honestly the best! Meet Penny, a 9-pound Chihuahua mix (maybe part Papillon, who knows?) from Texas. She’s such a sweetheart—easy to walk, potty trained, sleeps super well and loves to cuddle. Penny’s fitting right in here in Brooklyn, and Sammi’s loving having a lil foster sister again.
