Italy content to sooth your nervous system 🙏🏽 Something I felt so deeply while traveling in Italy was the lack of judgment and possessiveness within the culture. While here in the states, we are overloaded with image and ego, there was a palpable exhale of acceptance that exuded from the people. Simply put, no cares what you do, how you look, or what you're engaging in. There is no keeping taps. There is simply living. May these little snippets of life in the Mediterranean brings peace and regulation to your heart and body, and be a gentle reminder that you are lovely and brilliant, even when you don't feel like it.
