We still have a big issue in germany (and here it is already "good.") It needs to be universal and free. With the guidance of a professional endocrinologist & and therapist! Often waiting lists for therapy are endless long & then trans* people might encounter transhostile therapists. A lot of trans* people struggle to get GAHT out of different reasons.
