she’s an F45 COACH!!!🥹✨💙❤️⠀⠀ ⠀ Ever since I left my 9-5 job in January, I left knowing that I couldn’t do a desk job anymore, I couldn’t help people the way I wanted, my mental health was suffering, and I simply couldn’t get out of bed in the morning. ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ I went through 300+ job applications + rejections, 1 fake job offer, and 1 job that I almost went all in for out of fear of job security but then realized it didn’t aligned with my values and long term goals. It’s been gruelling these last few months to hang onto faith and believe that there is some sliver lining. ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ But one day, I woke up and honestly asked myself: “what gets me jumping out of bed in the morning?”. Then it came to me, fitness. No matter how tired I was or how much my mind convince me “you can skip”, I got myself to the gym at 6 am and with the help of the community at F45 who brought so much light to my life again and believed in my potential, I realized it was time to squash my fears, bet on myself and go all in on fitness. ⠀ ⠀⠀ I’m going all in on fitness because this is where I feel most alive. This is where I can help the most people. This is where I can inspire and motivate anyone of any age, gender, culture, ethnicity. This is, at the heart of everything I do and everything that I am today. And I just feel this is exactly where I am suppose to be right now. ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ Change has been scary, but you know what’s also scary? Not taking a chance on yourself and living a life that you were meant to live. So here’s to this new and beautiful chapter of mine..... y’all should be scared, I’m about to kick a lot of you into the best version of yourself!!! 🤩⚡️⠀
