Yeah, we know you slowed your scroll to gawk at the crunchy streusel on our pear coffee cake. It’s definitely awesome: Loads of butter, brown sugar, oats, and toasted pecans. Plus, a fan of lightly caramelized pears! BUT, for us, the star of this show is the cake. It’s light and tender, and it tastes wonderful — thanks to two sticks of butter, a fat dollop of sour cream, and a generous splash of vanilla. Make it for breakfast and eat it all day.
