We may have been a couple minutes late this morning and had to rush out the door, but these sisters with their matching French braids, which has happened one time ever before in their life, was worth it 💃🏾💃🏻 PS: yes, Macy is wearing a tee that says “Melanated” because she shares a dresser with her Black sister and while we foster Independence for her it means picking out her outfits every day and coming downstairs dressed and ready for school. Macy knows full well what her tee means ❤️ Before we left the house Tru said, “I think it’s funny Macy is wearing that shirt and she’s white.” To which I replied, “Do you want her to change her shirt?” To which Tru responded, “Nope!
