🎉 We’re delighted to announce that the Thunder Bay Art Gallery (@thunderbayartgallery) is the latest winner of the York Wilson Endowment Award, which made possible the acquisition of 11 paintings by artist Christian Chapman (@chapman0468), from the series “Ziibaaska’iganagooday – The Jingle Dress.” 🎨 Christian Chapman is of Anishinaabe heritage from Fort William First Nation, Ontario. The Anishinaabe women depicted in the newly acquired portraits are his friends, family, and fellow artists.
