This week James started high school and John started elementary which prompted John to wonder aloud over dinner if “when James goes to college, I hope he will come home on Saturdays to sleep in our bunk beds with me again”...to which I promptly started bawling crying! 😭 We have four more years before we have to seriously scheme how to get James back to his home bunk bed every weekend, but no doubt this season ahead will pass as quickly as the time has between these pictures.
