It is said that more people have visited Space and Mt. Everest than have visited every country in the world, less than 300 known people have done this so far. But I came to find out that it doesn't matter what one's nationality, age or race is, to accomplish this feat and especially during the time of covid, is an astonishing personal achievement💪🏾 So as today is a beautiful day despite hurricane Fiona, today is also a historical day as I Romaine Welds become the First Jamaican, The First known Caribbean person, and the First Non-biracial Blackman to have visited every country in the world. I am feeling beyond excited and blessed to have achieved this momentous goal. I hope my journey will inspired others to travel and explore more of this beautiful world 🌎 To be the first Jamaican to accomplish this goal, I'm feeling very proud, and it's an honor to represent my beautiful island of Jamaica, putting Jamaica on the world stage of being the first Caribbean island of having someone achieving this goal🇯🇲 I chose to finish this every country goal in the Caribbean where it all started, making a full circle around the world and making the paradise island of Antigua and Barbuda my last visited country out of 195 countries. Also for my family and friends to join me and to celebrate this momentous accomplishment🍾 Thanks to everyone who have been part of this incredible journey, celebration, and to America for this opportunity to achieve my goal, my job for the amazing benefit to be able to fly anywhere in this world.
