Upper body day on @movesapp this morning ft. a quick appearance from George πΆ πͺπΌ
Can confirm not slamming the ball when everyone is sleeping feels like more work π
My current workout plan is following the 30 minute version of weekly moves 3 foundational days (lower and 2 upper) and letting the rest of the days fall wherever they do depending on time and mom life!
