We moved today and even though it’s just a few minutes away, I felt the floodgates open as I said goodbye to our home. This was where I was diagnosed with and beat cancer. This was also the home where we met thousands of you, filming hey babe. I worked with @roadway.movers to help us through this transition and as I watched our moving team carefully take boxes from our home to the truck, I noticed a playlist in the background. When I asked about the music, I was told this was either the happiest or saddest day of people’s life and they just try to create a comfortable environment. While Roadway was efficient, and professional, it was the compassion that really stood out.
