After an amazing experience at the Career seminar, I passed by Modern City Hotel-Tamale to support the local Northern food processing businesses in Tamale. This was made possible through the Inclusive Finance and Invest forum : The Catalyst For Sustainable Development in Northern Ghana Organized by the GROW2 - MEDA Ghana and the Department of Agribusiness at the University for Development Studies - UDS, Faculty of Agriculture, Food and Consumer Sciences (FoFACS). This was done in partnership with Canada’s International Development – Global Affairs Canadaand its Facilitating partners. It was a gathering that showed the strides made in agro food processing and highly nutritious and affordable local organic food products made for general consumption.
