Ayyyyyyyye Happy Meal Prep Sunday Y’all 🫡 I don’t know about y’all, but I’m always looking for new healthy recipes to try so this week I finally made the viral sweet potatoe ground chicken bowls! After losing almost 20lbs from my water fast I’ve also started incorporating intermittent fasting. I’m doing the 16:8 method where I’m eating in an 8 hour window and fasting for 16 hours daily. No I’m not eating a lot of food, but I’m eating enough for me. I’m eating for fuel, and not for comfort! Here’s a breakdown of what I’ll be eating this week! ♦️ Sweet potatoe bowls with seasoned ground chicken, cottage cheese, guacamole, and honey! ♦️ Fruit salad cups ♦️ Blueberry Almonds ♦️ Protein Bars ♦️ Protein shakes ♦️ Greek Yogurt ♦️ & As always my water to stay hydrated!
